When making the reservations, I booked 2 rooms (double) for 4 people and received 2 confirmation numbers. I printed the emailed confirmation, the day before we left, and realized the number was different and there was one (king) room under this new confirmation. I called and spoke with Starla and Amy. Both were extremely helpful. We ended up with Hacienda... more

We recently stayed at Hotel Sante Fe at the Hacienda. We usually stay at the main hotel but decided to spurlge because it was my sisters 50th birthday. When we arrived we were given an upgrade on our room which was very nice. Our room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Lupo was our "butler" and arranged for rides and... more

We stayed here on a Saturday night to check out Santa Fe and I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. It's a very pleasant, quaint, low-key Hotel and offers all the amenities one could want in Santa Fe. The first evening we were treated to a native-american flutist in the lobby who lent such a wonderful... more

Great place to stay. The hotel is not quite in teh plaza area but close enough ( a 10 minute walk). It offers a shuttle service that can take you to the plaza and pick you up at your convinience. The restaurant is very good and worth visiting. Architecture and design of teh hotel is beautiful. more

My husband, our daughter, our granddaughter and myself travelled from Florida to Arizona in six days. (helping them move) We chose 3 stops along the way and because we chose carefully, due to TA, we were never disappointed. Santa Fe was our final and most enjoyable stop. We took advantage of the spa treatments and were very glad we did.... more

We stayed here for 3 nights, we were upgraded to a mini suite, it was lovely. The bed was comfortable, great sheets and plenty of soft towels. I loved the lobby with all the candles lit at night while the entertainment was there. The hotel was very pretty, perfect for the southwest. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, the... more
