The customer service was unbelievable. The valet was excellent, the concierage was top notch. The front desk service was terrific. This is my new favorite hotel. And the lounge with the leather chairs and live music was most comfortable. more

Very disappointed in our stay. Terrible room - dark, dismal, pigeon poop all over the balcony that was as big as a small closet.....Front desk help was not helpful when I requested a room change. Would never stay here again - the photos look much better than the hotel looks in person. Overpriced. more
