The Palm Garden Hotel was definitely not a "3-star hotel" as advertised by Hotwire. When I arrived I was very disappointed and surprised to find a 1-star level MOTEL instead. Old building, out of date rooms. terrible room condition. management is rude and unresponsive. I stayed there for few days and will never go back. I don't understand what all the hype is about. the only thing worth mentioning is the breakfast which you can get anywhere else for 15 bucks without the overpriced room. oh, not bad to mention... more
Room was adequate and quiet. Bed comfortable. Free in-room Internet, Breakfast and happy hour make this a very good value. Staff is quite friendly and accomodating. more

We usually don't have problems with the units but if we do, our maintenance team does their best to fix any issues. This is the worst hotel experience in my life. I have been staying here, unfortunately, since Friday evening, (right now it's Monday morning) and this hotel is a dirty, flea-ridden hotel. We have stayed at Palm Garden several times while on medical trips. The atmosphere is somewhere between a large motel and a convention hotel. A full breakfast is included in the rate and always has hot meats, hot potatoes, cereals, eggs/egg combos, juices and make-your-own waffles.
