“Not a very good experience”

Staff needs to be more courteous, bed was comfy, clean room. The airport shuttle man was very nice, heater/air conditioner in the room didn't work, won't be coming back here again, it's almost like the staff are not hospitality based, they were not friendly. Do not recommend staying here.

“Fair price, great service and good premises”

“Amazingly helpful!”

I booked 30 rooms at short notice in an emergency. The hotel staff were outstanding, especially Nicole. She worked closely with me and was absolutely terrific with the guests. She made them very welcome, ordered dinner for them, coordinated transportation for them, went far beyond the call of duty. She completely rescued a very difficult situation. A++++++
