We are very sorry that this had happened to you. Our hotel is checked regularly for bed bugs and the rooms especially are cleaned thoroughly everyday by our housekeeping staff. 10 min to Logan, free shuttle to and also return from Logan. Continental breakfast is fine, rooms are clean, only thing-sink is outside bathroom in room.

Our rooms are very clean. Housekeeping meticulously works on the rooms to make sure they are spotless for our guests. Our park and fly package is the best deal because you can leave your car and not have to worry about renting a car to get to the airport the shuttle is very helpful especially those going into downtown Boston.
