This was my second visit, the first was my anniversary,then we came back 6 months later with the whole family! Cabin 8 was awsome ! It was very spacious,immaculately clean,and the brookside view was to die for ! I will always come back here at least once a year! more

Excellent service.The entire staff was friendly and gracious. The room was immaculate. Complete with a birthday surprise. Very nice personable touch :) The little restaurant next door had the most delicious homemade food at a great price. Nice place to stay while touring around the Sperryville and Luray areas and all the sites Luray Caverns, Shenandoah National Park- Skyline Drive.... more

Last year we stayed at the cottage, which is a few miles away. We really liked it, although we had to get in the car to go to the restaurant. The cabins are very nice and kept well. Only drawback is there is no TV/cable. Unfortunately both years we visited, it rained and there is not a lot to do... more

This isn't a fabulous place for the money, but it is nice enough. The people who work there are very friendly. The attached greasy spoon is kind of cute for breakfast. The setting is pretty. The cabins are rustic, which adds to the ambience. Hint on the jacuzzi: you'll need every ounce of hot water in the hot water tank... more

After reading all the reviews online my girlfriend and I decided to go to Brookside Cabins in Lurary VA, we selected Cabin #7 because it has a jacuzzi tub. Unfortunately the jacuzzi tub only looks clean on the surface, but when we tried running it, dirt was coming out of the jets. It was a complete waste of money. more

Brought friends and family with us this time and everyone enjoyed their stay. Cabin #8 is great, roomy, comfortable, beautiful view over babbling brook. The staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Good food and great service in the restaurant. more

We will be going back. Stayed in cabin #3 and enjoyed our stay in spite of the rain. Played cards, read, saw a movie in Luray. We were going to try hiking in Shenandoah but we are not ones to hike in big rains :) We will definitely be back with family! more

My husband and I stayed in Cabin #9 for a weekend getaway. This was our second stay at the brookside cabins. We had an amazing time. Loved, loved, loved cabin nine. The cabin and back deck were huge. And the bed was very comfortable. Can't wait to go back again. more
