I actually cleaned the tub before I got in it because there was hair in it. We ordered room service and the glass I received had a big crack right down the side. Our whole stay was really a comedy of errors. The sleep number beds are not comfortable and yes, as another reviewer mentioned, the walls ARE paper thin.... more
Beautiful Historic Hotel. Great service and the rooms were clean and spacious. Food was good in the Restaurant. Will definitely go back. more
The hotel is a renovated train station, so is interesting and pretty to look at. However it seems to be the main hotspot in town. This means that at night, the bar is very smoky, and the smoke wafts up so that you can smell it in the rooms. Also, guests have to pay $5 parking-- however the parking lot... more

Stayed here for a friend's wedding. First time I stayed here. The entrance is wonderful with an open feeling, very classy. We checked in our room and it was small and not very clean. Dingy carpet and bathroom is tiny. Boogers on lampshade - gross! Housekeeping needs to do a better job. The wedding reception was in a banquet hall.... more

I stayed here for FREE for two nights during the jazzfest with my spouse, and I would have checked out and paid for a room at the Hilton across the street if they would not have been fully booked (trust me, I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES). I traveled here on business, and this hotel was gorgeous. From the staff, to the waitress in the restaurant, everyone was very polite. I have nothing bad to say about this wonderful place. more
