Electrical outlet did not work, which caused problems for my Aunt who uses a machine to breath, Charged me $49, for first night, and then finally $140, for 2 nights, and I had to call the police to get even $80 refunded, and we moved across the street to stay at Drury Inn. Was definitely not worth the savings we... more

To my great chagrin, this hotel was selected for a group I'd recruited to come & help on a campaign at my work - one that involved late check in, long days, early mornings. I wanted people to go home at night & be rested and cared for. Well, this place is a total dive. Service at desk was pleasant... more

I found the rate from the coupon. I called and ask to confirm the rate and gave all the detail that 3 of us would be there in 1 hour. They said the rate was confirmed, but when we arrived they said they can not accept that rate and has to charge $5 dollars more, without any reason. It was not a... more

Check in and check out were not easy. Staff was very indifferent and not accommodating whatsoever. Room was not ready, no closet or hangers, bed was adequate, and internet did not work. The room did have a refrigerator , microwave and hair dryer. Breakfast consisted of stale donuts, bread for toast (only on 2 slice toaster available for use) coffee,... more

Bathroom full of mold, closet with no bar to hang anything, the only thing that didn't cost extra was a towel. Breakfast-if you like dried out donettes and packaged honey buns-coffee with grounds. Fabric Softner apparently unknown to these people- sand paper would have been softer. more

We stayed for eight days and the maid service was excellent. Check in was easy, lady was very nice but the man-VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!! Was told we'd get microwave and fridge in room due to being there eight days but it NEVER materialized. Internet quit working, went to lobby to get better reception and ended up using another business' wifi. GO... more

The other reviews on this website are a bit harsh, in my opinion. The internet sucked and I didn't come in for breakfast, but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was cheap, but all things considered, pretty good value. The highlight of my stay was the lady on the front desk when I checked, who was very friendly... more
