We did a late check in around 1030 pm. We were greeted by a nice woman in the lobby. She gave us a room right away. I was disgusted once I walked into the room. There were pubic hairs in the shower, feces stained in the toilet and hair in both beds and some unknown stains on the sheets! The... more

Here are some of my issues - when I made the booking online I realized that the fare changed when I got the receipt!!! when I checked in the hotel and wanted to get coffee - there was none anymore. I wanted some half and half. Also nothing was left. And ABOVE ALL Sleeping in the night was IMPOSIIBLE because... more

I was a little hesitant staying here after seeing the other reviews but will have to say I had no issues. The check in was quick and efficient. I loved the fact that the bed (king size) had 5 pillows. Most hotels I have stayed at had only 2. Very soft bed. I didn't hear any trains at all which... more

We had a room with 2 queen beds. The room was clean. The beds were quite comfortable. Though the train tracks were reletively close we didn't hear any trains during the night. The continental breakfast was OK, though they nearly ran out of food more than an hour before the posted ending time. more

yes there was a train track running just outside of our room, but with the a/c on all night we hardly noticed it and I'm a light sleeper. We spent 4 nights at this hotel. Bed was rediculously comfortable- I got the best nights sleeps in about 10 years. If you like soft beds, the Ramada is for you. The... more

I appreciated the hotel, the free internet, and breakfast included (with a lot of choices). The only problem is that trains travel continuosly, and make a lot of noise. Sleeping has been quite difficult because of this. Consider the west ramada, maybe that zone is much more quiet. more

I regret booking this hotel. The reason I booked this hotel is about the Brand name - Ramada. However, it now looks that the comments in tripadvisor are much more convincing. Its low popularity shows everything. Fortunately, I have only stayed here for a night. I checked in at 10:00p.m., after visiting the Grand Canyon. My first impression towards the... more

We walked into the lobby that had a very strong cleaning agent smell. First thought was what are they trying to hide! They checked us in a room that was already booked-or I guess not clean yet. yuk...My husband went a got us another room and that seem to be good enough. Best thing about this hotel was the bed-very... more

You will love this hotel if you love trains. That is blowing their horns every hour ALL night long. The hotel doesn't really care about the property either. Dead grass. Dirty tile in bathroom. The faucet actually fell off in the shower so I left it. When we came back after a Grand Canyon day, the maid had put it... more

Nice, large rooms. The beds were very comfortable. Easy access off and on the interstate. The internet was down...they are in the process of remodeling. It looked like the breakfast was decent...we got downstairs towards the end so it was pretty much picked over. The dining area was messy...someone needed to be wiping down the counters where the food was...it... more
