Stayed at the L motel for its great proximity to downtown Flagstaff. Since we were only in town overnight, we weren't that concerned with too many features. The cleanliness, friendly staff, and terrific price won us over. Nothing fancy here, but exactly what we needed: a clean bed to crash in after spending the evening on the town.

Our room was clean and completely adequate for a stopover. The owner/manager was helpful. We prefer independent businesses and support them wherever possible, to help keep them in business, to prevent the domination of the industry by a few monster chains. This was great, it is a motel so reviewing it as such, plenty of parking, near everything, big room, heater slow to warm but good once going. Breakfast was ok, a few choices and you help yourself. Would certainly stay again.
