This is a comfortable and cozy bed and breakfast, a quick drive just south of Flagstaff. Our room, named,"Cabin", was small and a bit dark due to having only one window, but worked fine for us. Bed was very good. At night, we were able to hear the people in the room above us, so soundproofing was not perfect. The owner... More

We stayed at Abineau as a base to visit Grand Canyon but quickly realized there's plenty to do in and around Flagstaff, apart from the canyon itself. I wish we would have spent more time lounging in the lodge, as it is truly inviting. The rooms are heated and very comfy and so is the rest of the property. It... More

We selected this B & B because of the high reviews. We were very disappointed. The lodge is in a small 4 house subdivision with several run-down houses nearby. There is a husky in a dog run out front which we found depressing. It is about 7 miles from town. The rooms are small and dated. The bathrooms are even... More

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Everyone has there own opinion, likes and dislikes. Some people like the "luxury" B&B, some the Victorian style, some like a home stay and some like our cozy, quiet, woodsy retreat. We would have been happy to accommodate your breakfast request had it been made known to us,... More

The staff at Abineau treated us very well, the bed was heavenly and the lodge very cozy. We announced we would arrive late and we would leave early every day, and the staff accommodated to our needs, providing us with clear directions to get our key upon arrival and leaving us breakfast in the fridge for our early departures. My... More

My wife and I have never stayed at a B&B before. We went for our anniversary on Memorial Day weekend. We had a great stay! I wanted a place that was close to things to do but far enough away that it was a bit secluded and quiet. I found it. The lodge itself is tucked back off a small... More

We enjoyed our stay and meeting new people. The wildlife was an unexpected treat. We saw elk our first night there. The staff was helpful and pleasant. It was a nice alternative to the Westin resort we had stayed at in Scottsdale which was exactly what we were looking for.

The staff is great, and the atmosphere is amazing. It's close enough to enjoy Flagstaff, but out of town enough to enjoy pure quiet. It's also great because we brought our three huskies, and everyone loves them, and their facilities are awesome. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in Northern AZ.

My wife and I have been staying at this special place for over 2 years now. We visit it several times throughout the year. We enjoy the nice getaway from the hot city and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere provided at the lodge but also the amenities of Flagstaff. It is such a great place to relax, hike, eat and enjoy a... Loved this place! Just stayed one night but wished I could of stayed more. I will definitely go back. My son is at NAU so I'm up in Flagstaff often and this place is so much better than staying in the local hotels. Quaint rooms, awesome breakfast and overall just a great experience

Stayed at this charming B&B for one night, but wished it was longer. Just about 6 miles south of Flagstaff - close enough to get to everything, but far enough away to be away from the noise and traffic of the city. At first glance, it seemed like fairly bare bones accommodations until we took the opportunity to look around... More
