A son goes to NAU and we find this a great hotel to stay for Family Weekend or when we move him in or out of the residence halls. Awful lighting. Awful food. Wrinkled drapes. Small dining area. When they say free food in the bar, it's popcorn and chex mix. Yuck. Super small bathroom. Good drinks and bartender though. OVERPRICED for the 2 bed "suite".

We were extremely pleased with the staff, breakfast and the rooms, top notch!! We would recommend to anyone visiting Flagstaff, going to the Grand Canyon or skiing this is the best value for your money. Jeff Bobigian Gilbert Arizona

My stay at this Embassy Suites was better than my normal Holiday Inn Express business stays. Thank you for honoring the Government Rate. I would have to say that this property was not as nice as other Embassy Suites I've stayed at, but it was very good. I will stay there again then when in Flagstaff, AZ.

A lot of other hotels -- "newer" hotels in better locations that are cleaner and more convenient. Parking and hotel access are poor, one ice maker on each level, which means a massive trek if you are needing ice. The rooms had nice TV's but were a little dated as well as the entire hotel.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient quiet location, and decent breakfast. We stayed two nights. The room was fairly large for a hotel room, and the beds were comfortable. This is the second time we've stayed there, and we'll be back.

Hotel is wonderful--super clean, amazingly friendly staff. Happy hour and breakfast were both great additions to our stay. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Had reservations in Sedona and cancelled them in order to spend more time in Flagstaff. Must see sunset crater while there!
