We needed a hotel for the following night and stopped at the Travelodge on Rte. 66. We asked for a room with handicapped accessibility and, specifically, a shower instead of a tub. The clerk and the manager reserved a room for us. When we returned to check in, the room we had reserved was not available and had not been... more

We booked three nights in a non-smoking room for our trip to the Grand Canyon, but there was the smell of stale smoke in the room. The shower had plumbing problems, it was either too hot or too cold. A complaint to the front desk allowed us to switch to a different room which wasn't that much better. For just... more

WARNING: This hotel is NOT for everyone. If you are looking for a relatively cheap (under 85$ a night) place to stay while in Flagstaff, AZ then please read on. This hotel, I am sure, has seen better days. The first thing that hits you when you walk into the front lobby/check in desk is the double whammy of stale... more

A Dirty Sleazy Hotel To say that the Flagstaff Travelodge on East Butler is a dump would make it a one star hotel, but this place falls below that. First the grounds were littered with garbage and cigarette butts. The room we had was dirty and smelled of smoke and urine. It was a non-smoking room and that was not... more

This was probably the most unprofessional economy hotel i have ever stayed in. The entrance was filthy, didnt seem to have been cleaned nor was the signage cleaned or replaced in years, the bins at the entrance was broken. On entering, the door needed work, it almost fell apart, the staff we're reasonably courteous. On asking for the Manager whos... more

This hotel was disgusting and very dirty and by far one of the worst economy hotels we have ever stayed at. We booked a non-smoking room, however, the "non-smoking" room we received was an adjoining room to a smoking suite. Thus, the room smelled terrible and also very stale. The bathrooms were dirty, as well as the carpet, not to... more

I am an easygoing traveler. I'm really not that picky, so for me to call a place a dump, it has to be bad. If I had not been totally exhausted from the long drive, I would have asked for my money back. The lobby and hallways connect to a bar and the whole place smells like smoke. The halls... more

This is by far the worst Travelodge I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy, the bed had stained sheets and the carpets needed to be burned. To cap it all, the motel is yards away from the railway that has freight trains sounding their horns at ten minute intervals throughout the night. A bad experience, do not even... more
