We spent two nights here on our Western Explorer tour with travelsphere last June and had a fantastic time! upon arrival we were greeted to a champagne receiption, before been shown to our rooms. They themselves were really spacious and the N64 gaming system was a nice little bonus! $6.95 I think it was for an hours session. The free... more

we booked three rooms and we all think the same way, this is a great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff and sleep number beds. But the noisey AC in room was a pain for having a better sleep. I had a long day in the national parks, so i was able to ignore the noise at first, but I... more

While we are very pleased that you enjoyed our clean rooms, sleep number bed and friendly staff - but are disappointed that you had issues with your HVAC unit. We can certainly understand your discomfort if the unit was particularly noisy. We do request if a guest has any issue, even a mechanical issue such as HVAC - that they...

We stayed here for one night after driving 12 hours the day before and got a great night's sleep before heading out the next morning. It is a beautiful place and very quiet. ( There was some sort of halloween banquet in progress when we arrived, but we never heard a sound in our room.) The room was spacious and... more

We were very pleased with our overall stay at this hotel. The location was convenient. The room was clean. The hotel staff was attentive, friendly and efficient. The rate was very reasonable, particularly in comparison to the hotels closer to the Grand Canyon area. The only negative thing I can say is that the air conditioning was a little noisy... more

In a city of motels, this is an actual hotel. Located on west Rte. 66, it is removed from the congestion of downtown and the rail tracks. It has an actual lobby, meeting rooms, fitness room, heated swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Unlike many upscale hotels, the internet is free in the rooms. The rooms are unexceptional except for the Sleep... more

Thank you for your detailed comments - please know that we do read and discuss these comments in our management meetings weekly as we continuously learn how to improve directly from our guests. First let us address the concerns about the restaurant, as it appears that there was a gap in communication... we do have two restaurants - Woodlands Cafe...

This is a good hotel in Flagstaff AZ. Flagstaff has few good hotels from what I've seen and is mostly full of motels, but this is at the upper scale of hotel availability. The Radisson is like any Radisson or Marriott - massively dated and slightly over-priced on the extras. A reasonably inexpensive booking, the Rad was full to the... more

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. We are excited to let you and our other guests know that we will be installing flat screens and upgrading our in-room furniture in 2010. Our public areas have been renovated in the past year and do boast an Asian 'flavor' -- in conjunction with our very popular...

Look passed the bells and whistles and you will find a sub-par hotel. Cost $130/night for two queen beds. Room features nice decor and Sleep Number beds. Here's the low-down- My room was clean. My coffee maker was filthy. The air system in the room was so loud that I barely slept (making the Sleep Number bed useless). When it... more

Check in was very slow. Only one person on duty at 7 pm. It took us almost 10 minutes for them to check in the one person in front of us. We got stuck in the addition to the hotel. The room was fine and clean. But, you could not get to the main hotel, which housed the pool and... more

From our entire front office/guest service team, we'd like to apologize for the service you received at check-in, and that you didn't enjoy your room in the back building (many people prefer that location to be farther away from Route 66) -- we do have the interior cooridor linking the buildings as well as an exterior/covered exit from one to...
