I work as a service engineer and I am on the road all the time. I usually stay at Holiday Inns. In July 08 I stayed at this hotel for 32 nights. The place is fairly run down. It was late and we were getting tired of driving so there wasn't alot of research to this hotel. Adequate for one night (less than 12 hour stay) but for the $100 they charged we could have had better accomodations elsewhere. Towel bar had been ripped from the wall and paper peeling. I stayed at this hotel for the Winter Classic. We checked in on New Year's Eve and I expected to hear some noise...little did I know I would hear EVERYTHING! I stayed at the Holiday Inn Hamburg this weekend for the Bills game and location is the only good thing I can say about this property.
