We stayed on the ground floor and heard EVERYTHING that went on in the room above: They didn't sleep until after 3:30 am. Need I say more. It was horrible. Glad we did not have an early flight to catch. The room was clean, thread-bare towels, comfortable king size bed. Handy coupons for the restaurant next door. No one at the... more

Stayed here last night, had to find a hotel after shopping at Walden Galleria Mall. Yes, the staff were not professional (no uniforms etc, and did not thank us for staying etc). Our room smelled like smoke, so they stuck some air filtering machine to clear out the air. We enter a few hours later and it still smelled and... more

The hotel looks fine from the outside and the rooms are ok. The front desk staff however, are completely unprofessional and out of their element. They were: 1) In grubby clothes – a baseball cap, hoodie, and the bell hop was in a hoodie and track pants. 2) Unfriendly and scary looking - it unnerved us, as two travelling women.... more

Spent 2 nights here, Oct 3 & 4th. Dirty, shabby blankets, Limited supplies in room. Asked if we wanted the room cleaned on Oct 4, however never was done. Had to take our dirty towels to the housekeeping room and exchange for clean. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and I am not very picky. Very... more

Where do I start. I guess at the check-in. I can't recall the last time everything was done with hand-written paper. I guess that's not a big deal but as I'm registering a gentleman approaches the desk to ask for a room change. He has a NS room and would like to smoke. The rep. said we have no smoking... more

The price on this hotel is NOT worth the hassle. The girl that checked us in on Friday morning was very informative, and very helpful. That is the last positive thing I have to say about this place. The girl at the desk that evening was rude, and it seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. She refused... more

This is an OK place to stay if you're shopping at the Galleria if you must, but would recommend looking elsewhere. The location is great, the price is good and you get a coupon each day you stay for a nearby restaurant, so our breakfast came to about $5 each day with the coupons taken into account. It was a... more

I had to cancel a reservation at this place and called several days beforehand. They said fine but then charged my credit card anyway. The manager was a total jerk when I called. He said he had no record of the cancellation. At first he said he would credit my account and then gave me a lecture on how I... more

This hotel is very convenient to the Walden Galleria, the I-90 and the airport. We got a great rate of 79.00 for one night. The hotel is fairly new, built in 2002. We were greeted by unfriendly staff behind the counter and while we were checking in, other potential guests came to inquire about rooms. The hotel was full and... more

I was in the Buffalo area, and I actually work for another Hotel chain that is not in the Buffalo area. We had frequented several hotels for rates near the Airport and the prices were so highly horrendous. We actually stumbled across this hotel to stay at when we were shopping. We decided to go in to check on a... more
