We were guests of the Adam's Mark, Buffalo, for four nights. The service was adequate, but the guest area of this, apparently, once elegant hotel are beginning to show age. The furniture (other than the actual mattress and bedding), TV, closet space, washroom and worst of all the smell was a disgusting disgrace. I don't think the carpeting in our room had ever been shampooed or cleaned. Thank God we only had to spend one night there. I was pleased with the service I received at the Adam's Mark. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The rooms, although smaller than I hoped, were clean and comfortable - no funny smells.
