We stayed at this property on September 14, 2009. The room was clean and although sparse, the amenities were sufficient. Our biggest complaint was the housekeeping staff. WONDERFUL. Outside pool is clean and well kept. Room perfect. Very clean and wonderful staff. Everyone was a pleasure to speak with. Resteraunt was reasonable and food was fantastic. ABSOLUTLY stay there. more

This motel was perfectly adequate. Clean, staff was nice. Just a mile walk to downtown in nice weather, just a few blocks to subway, nice restaurants within a few blocks. Eek ! Never never stay here. Pay $20 more and choose a better one please. Reasons : 1. This hotel gets 100s of one-night guests courtesy New York - Niagara Tourist buses. So staffs are tired and rude. They don't care. No Service. 2. They say its 3 stay and dont even have a mini fridge or a decent TV.... more

This hotel is great when in Buffalo. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. A wonderful pool during the summer months. It is an outdoor pool. The restaurant is great for breakfast. Good high speed internet as well. I will stay here again when in Buffalo. more

Hotel is well used but clean. Beds, pillows, sheets and amenities were good.
