NASTY ! there is nothing nice to say about this hotel. The rooms are dirty, poorly maintained and a danger to your health. The hotel smells of urine, smoke and spoiled food. The front desk personnel, while attempting to be nice --- are truly inconvenienced by those nasty interruptions by hotel guests checking in and out. The parking lot is... more

We stayed from Friday to Sunday - three women in Buffalo for a shopping trip. The location is excellent, whether you're there for shopping or for flying out of the airport. Otherwise, there was nothing about this motel that was worth the $90 + tax rate. Our room was very musty smelling, and everytime we tried to turn on the... more

the chlorine in this hotel smells as you walk in the door, the pool itself has alot of dead bees lying all over the place like a pure health hazard, and when i tried to go up the ladder in the pool the bottom step on the ladder was not sturdy at all, and i fell back into the pool... more

I think this place should be renamed the "POOR Quality Inn." I am not very picky when it comes to hotels and I can honestly say that this place is the dumpiest hotel EVER. I am not exaggerating when I say that I would have rather slept ON THE STREET than in this hotel. First of all, the lobby looked... more

the musty odor was bad, electric/cable wires run thru the building like a third world country, the place was dirty, found a glob of hair in the bed by the pillows, the remote was missing, called front desk, she said, "it's probably under the bed" and i said, "send another, because i'm not looking under there!!! " 1970's decor, lead... more

My husband, 15 month old daughter, uncle and I were driving out to Lansing, MI from the Boston area. Thought we would stay near Niagara Falls, but, our original hotel reservation was somehow canceled by a 3rd party. (See my other reviews from Jun 2009.) We found this hotel listed on one of those travel coupon books at rest stops.... more

Flying out of Buffalo to Boston because it was much cheaper than flying out of Toronto, we decided to book a hotel to stay at the night before the flight. Assuming that Quality Inns had a wide distribution in th US and Canada and would have some sort of standards to maintain, we decided to book the Quality Inn at... more

Had an early flight out of BUF so we drove in from out of town the night before and figured I would take advantage of their park & fly package to save time in the morning. This hotel is not well maintained and looks less than clean. The shower was the pits, the floor of the shower was mushy, like... more

I stayed at the Quality Inn Buffalo Airport for 2 nights. I could not make my flight Friday morning at 530am, so I booked a room for 2 nights knowing that there was a free shuttle that could pick me up. The man who picked me up was very nice, but he drove ridiculously fast! If I didn't have my... more

First room we were given had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Returned to Front desk. Front desk person, manager I think, complained about housekeepers. Second room we were given had been only 1/2 cleaned. TV on. Went back to Front Desk. Same employee proceeded to curse housekeepers and warn me of their impending doom when she sees them next day,... more
