The Inn advertises that it is the only hotel on the beach in Newport. It does face the beach. The pictures on the web site, their brochures and even the room keys conveniently omit the large busy road that separates the hotel from the beach. Great hotel - very well placed for the beach & cliff walks/mansions etc.. Was unseasonably cold outside, but cosy inside. Good breakfast - buffet style, all disposable plates etc seems wasteful, but saves washing up. We had a 2 bedroom set up - great. more
