incredible value...the best location....and what a breakfast, garnished right from the garden.........i loved the koi pond, and the view of the harbor and the sunset, right from the deck too...and the quiet of the garden areas more

I spent a weekend at the Fair Street Guest House last summer and had a great stay. It's close enough to walk everywhere, and don't have to worry at all about finding a place to park. more

I have stayed at the Fair Street Guest House twice. Once in March of 2003 (or was it 2004?) when the current owners had just taken over, and once in July of 2006. This property is probably one of the best values in Newport. It’s not the fanciest B&B you’ll find in Newport, and its not the most extravagant, but... more
