Just got the credit card bill from the parkshore waikiki and they ripped us off again. They lied about the rooms, lied about the extra charges, then said their computer system was changed and there was no way to look back at the charges.. Watch out if you stay there! more

Staff was courteous and effecient and everything was within walking distance. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone. Location was great, right across the beautiful Waikiki Beach and The Honolulu Zoo more

Stayed at the Park Shore twice for 2 & 4 nights in oceanfront rooms facing the beach, floors 8 & 14. Made the booking with some concerns due to a few negative reviews but was very pleasantly surprised & delighted. "Ulu" provided excellent service during check in and our stay at the Waikiki Park Shore. Lawrence, one of the desk clerks, also was very friendly and displayed a pleasant personality during our 7 day stay. As other reviewers have mentioned, this is a tired, old place. We had a partial ocean view, for which we paid $155 per night.. Valet parking only at $20 per day( don't rent a car unless you plan on going to north shore, take the bus). Needed to keep your drapes closed most of the time as the balconies are... more
