Our entire experience at this hotel was 10/10. The booking process was flawless, our room request was given (we requested a lower floor as we had young kids), the apartment's are HUGE and there is so much storage for clothes, shopping, kids beach toys, food etc that you can actually relax as your 'stuff' isn't on top of you like...
