We rented a studio from Castle Resort. The units are individually owned so each owner is responsible for refurbishing their unit. The Waikiki Shore is NOT a branch of the Outrigger chain of hotels. This 15 story condo building has at least 3 rental management companies that rent privately owned units in the building.
