Rooms old and Yucky, Service Poor! If you have booked this hotel make sure to park behing at the Ewa Hotel on Lemon Street for $10. Will save you a ton of money. Ewa offers public parking for $10 per day. We had such a hard time finding the Aston--we drove for 2 hours, and kept passing it because the... more

We received a $139.00/night deal on Travelzoo and felt it was worth every penny. The elevator system worked very well, although as others have stated there is a short wait at breakfast times. Tried the included breakfast at both 6:30 am & 8:00 am. Definitely less people earlier in the morning, but it was not horrendous later in the a.m.... more

With a package deal on a beach facing balcony, our first time trip to Waikiki was a magical experience we'd recommend highly for the following reasons: 1. the lifts have a computerised system that calculates optimal trip time and means the wait is negligible even at peak times, 2. internet access (ethernet) in the room was fast, reliable and relatively... more

Great location, lovely people, great views of Waikkiki beach! We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon in Aug 08 for 1 week. It’s right at the end of all the madness near the park, and opposite Waikiki beach we found it to be a great location. Despite it being a high rise hotel I was impressed at how quiet... more

Good location, friendly and clean. This is a large hotel so when its busy you have to wait for a while for the lifts. Breakfast starts at 06.30,you have to be quick as they good stuff goes, like fresh fruit and pastries. We stayed for 2 weeks. The first was great, lying by the pool in the afternoon, however on the second week ,the... more

We booked this hotel through Hotwire and were very pleased with the result. Prior to our departure we checked the reviews here and were hoping for the best. When we got to the hotel after 23 hours of travelling we were very pleased with the hotel's features. We did not qualify for breakfast because of the way we booked it,... more

This hotel's 'retro' decor works in its favor. It's bright and colorful, feels old because of the style but NOT because things are out of date or in poor condition. Our room was comfortable and had a great view of Diamond Head and the ocean. The new elevator system is interesting but maybe still needs some kinks worked out as... more

try to get a room to Diamond Head I have stayed on the 14th floor and every time I have opened the door I had a great view to Diamond Head which btw. is a must to walk to (in about 3-4 hours) from that Hotel door. It is nice to get a breakfast in the morning at the pool... more

Stayed October 15-23. Celebrated 25th wedding anniversary Elevators worked great. Swiped key card over terminal, punched in floor number and was shown which elevator (A-D) to get on. If you punch in a different floor, you will be denied access. Great security measure. Great hotel for the price. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, zoo, aquarium. Beach right across street!!... more
