We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. I was expecting something nice because our travel agent recommended it and it was just an average hotel. Our room was very small! We were on the 24th floor (out of 25 floors) so we were almost on the top. Our front door was located outside and we had a balcony with... more

This was our first stop on our Hawaiian honeymoon. The hotel knew this so when arrived they congratulated us and told us that they had a very nice room for us. Well, that definitely turned out to be an opinion rather than a fact. My biggest complaint was with the bathroom. It was extremely small and dated, very 80s. This... more

I didn't find this place spectacular. The location was nice since it was right across from the beach. more

Rooms were smaller than expected, we had 2 double beds and with 2 kids and it was cramped. We took this because we had reservations at Marriott Ko Olina 2 days later (Which was AWESOME!). The pool did not look good at all 9 (tiny). The breakfest (NOT included in the price) was ok for 2 days but I would... more

This was the second time I have stayed at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel, and while the first visit (December 2002) was excellent, this was even better. My wife and I stayed here for just three nights during our trip to Kaua'i, O'ahu and Maui, and we wished we could've taken this hotel along with us to each island. The... more

The room was smaller than I expected. Though the decor was nice and sim;ple, like the pictures. We had a room that you could see the beach from the balcony. The breakfast they provide was good the first 2 days by the 3rd day I could not eat the same food again. since the tiki bar is so close to... more

I emailed to the Hotel directly to make my booking as I was concerned with previous reviews and they couldnt have been more helpful and I was very impressed. I booked to stay for 14 nights so it was quite a long stay if things did not turn out well, but I was lucky enough to be on the top... more

Asked for the so called senior upgrade but the only room available was with double beds or a $50 a night upgrade to an ocean view room. Our room was 704 overlooking poolside not too noisy though.Ice machine and veding machine right outside our door not a plus. Internet serviceshould... more

We were suprised the first morning with a great breakfast (included) and singing and hula by poolside. Location is great right on the beach. Decor is a bit more fun (bamboo and surf boards) than a super expensive hotel, but that is why I picked it. If you are staying a few days and then continuing to another island this... more

Yes, you can pay lots more for an elegant suite down the street but I don't see why you would want to unless that's what you're into. Location is great. Rooms are clean and the staff is great. We had a standard room with a partial ocean view from the 8th floor. This room really didn't have a balcony but... more
