We stayed at the "village" (a good word for this as there are so many people). There was never a time that people were not streaming into this resort of some 3300 total rooms. The hotel grounds are beautifully laid out with duck ponds and even penguins, and it is wonderful to be able to just walk out to the Waikiki beach for sunrise and sunset. The beach is of course public, like all the beaches in Hawaii, but it is nice to have it at your doorstep. The front desk staff were friendly.... more

My wife and I will never stay there again. The nightly outdoor musical performances echoed throughout the place until 11pm every night, sounding as if we had a hawaiian frat party in our room. The villiage is very nice overall, however, if you stay there, be prepared to pay a premium for everything. Unforgettable experience. The hotel is wonderful with it's different little areas and shops. Very clean beach, helpful and friendly staff. Probably one of the nicest resorts on the island. The rooms were clean and we had a wonderful view of the ocean from the Rainbow Tower. The food was excellent and beautifully arranged...wonderful breakfast buffet. more

We stayed in the Rainbow Tower with a view of Diamond Head the hotel was great it offered anything you could want and the people in the american express office was great for setting up any tours or adventure you want to go on. I recomend you see them to help you make your trip easy and unforgetable. more
