There were 4 of us in a Banyan suite which had only 1 bathroom. As we were on holiday that didn't prove to be much of a problem. The pull-down bed was reportedly comfortable. We found the staff to be very helpful. The location is excellent. The room is a bit dated but I'm told a refurbishment is underway. The... more

Our room wasn't great 8th floor facing a building, the toilet leaked called 4 times each time they did come right away to try and fix it. There is plenty of room to fit 4, but basically you spend so little time in your room in Hawaii. The owners lounge was a plus, free internet and computers a great view... more

This was our fourth trip to Oahu, and the Imperial. We love this location! Now that the construction is done on Lewers street it is beautiful and has a lot more to offer as far as shopping and restuarants. The views are beautiful from the pool deck which is on the top floor. We stayed in a Palm (which is... more

We got a reservation over Memorial day week as a timeshare exchange. I read in previous reviews that if you are a timeshare owner, you get better treatment. It doesnt hold true (at least for us). I went in with a positive attitude about this place and considered all the nice reviews posted on this site. I requested a high... more

Lewers St. has undergone a major renovation with Trump moving in the area. Imperial of Waikiki is in the process of deciding what renovations are needed to remain in this improved area while still maintaining its affordability. That being said, if you don't expect class A accomodations, you will be happy. The rooms are small but clean. You must like... more

My husband and I stayed at the Imperial for a week in April, 2008, and absolutely loved it. We knew ahead of time we were not getting a five-star hotel and did not expect too much. We were so very pleasantly surprised. We had a one-bedroom, one-bath unit on the 9th floor. No ocean view, but we knew that when... more

They gave us great tips on restaruants and had even clipped coupons saving us a ton of money. Valet is extreemily promt almost too fast. We received every wake... more
