Its a average hotel with very compact/small rooms. Moreover we can easily listen what the neighbours at next door talking about. The bathrooms are very small too. No bath tub in bathroom. Totally a valuable hotel for business, you can see the sea from the terrace, but not relate to the beach, if you want to have a leisure, it is not very convenient. 40 min to the airport, bathroom is a little small, I will touch the door when bathing. Stayed here for work, good location while still being a a Hilton property. Not far from the beach, nice wal to the mall and convience store virtually next door for all those things at a lower cost. Parking cost is ridiculous, cheaper to park in Boston! Staff is friendly and accommodating, nice sitting area for people watching too.

Decent service and good quality, great location. Staff was friendly and courteous. Not much help from Desk staff for facilitating sightseeing tours to see local attractions. Location is prime and overall experience is good.

Excellent hotel for the price and a 5 minute walk to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and beach. Only problem is that they are located between Waikiki and the Fire Department. THANK YOU, Doubletree, for having queen-sized beds, a rarity in Waikiki from what I can gather. I could only find full-sized beds---uncomfortable, imho, for 2 adults and 2 grown children or any family of 4. We all slept well! We gladly sacrificed a hotel on the beach for bigger beds. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel is older, though renuvated. Pool, fitness room are very small. No jacuzzi. Hotel is in walking distance to Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shopping and so convenient option to stay.
