Polly's cabin at the Linden Plantation is beautiful from the outside, as are the views of the restored gardens. However the owner should not, in my opinion, be anywhere near the B&B business. She mixed up our arrival time and because she thought we were arriving in the morning, planned our entire day for us (despite knowing we were on our honeymoon!). She continuously mentioned our late arrival. I asked the owner to double check our arrival time but she ignored each request. I double checked our arrangements when we got home and she had indeed to got our arrival time completely wrong.

The cabin is decked out with clippings about the owner's lives which is a bit weird. The breakfast is poor - you have to all have the same, at 8am no earlier or later, and we had to decide on arrival at 5pm. We were refused a tour of the garden (which is implied on the website), but were told to watch a DVD of the owners accompishments and a long tour of the house was forced upon us... more
