We booked a suite on the river side. We were advised the rooms were being remodeled, but ours had been finished. It was a very nice room. FIrst problem was that I was given a rate of $69.00. When I called to say we would be there after 6:00 p.m. their operator told me the rate was $79.00. The front desk was seriously unfriendly as was the security at the hotel entrace. Check in and check out were both unpleasant experiences. The room was worn and unattractive.... more

As in previous years, we thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Diamond Jacks. The rooms are getting a bit worn but, I assume that they will be remodeled along with the casino renovation. more
