We used Wilsonwood Lodge for our wedding, and my family stayed in both the Lodge & the Cabin for the weekend. We had such a positive, wonderful experience and would highly recommend this venue for weddings, family reunions, parties, etc. The setting is quaint and woodsy, but so beautiful . .. we were married in the on-site Chapel (which is small - we had about 50 guests - but it's a wooden chapel with GORGEOUS floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the trees) and we had our reception at the Lodge (we used the living room area & the deck, and were able to utilize the kitchen as well for getting the food prepared, etc). My family all live out of town, so they were able to use all 4 rooms (and the 2 bedroom cabin) for all 3 nights so it was perfect setting for us. Plus, my dad loved having the lake close by to do a little fishing when everything was over with! And the proprietors were so friendly and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful memory! more
