We stayed at this Comfort Suites on an emergency family visit to Cincinnati. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice flat screen TV on an articulating arm. Myself & 3 friends stayed here 2 nights(2 adjoining rooms), while attending the Macy's Music Festival. The rooms were very clean, spacious, & tastefully decorated. The price was great. The beds & pillows were unbelievably comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful & courteous. I stayed at this hotel on a recommendation from a co-worker who had stayed here last week. WOW!!! This hotel is brand new and Comfort Suites went WAY out of their way to beat their competition.
