While there are many B&Bs in the Finger Lakes region, searching online can leave you with the impression that many don't care about providing rates, availability, or even decent photos of the rooms. We were glad that Barristers B&B was not one of those! Their web site is attractive and helpful, with all the usual information we come to expect... More

After reading so many fabulous reviews of Barrister's Bed & Breakfast on Tripadvisor, I knew we had to take a trip! My boyfriend and I took the 4 1/2 hour drive up to beautiful Seneca Falls and arrived on a Friday at Barrister's B&B. We were greeted by Ken (who is so incredibly nice) and he welcomed us into his... From the moment we walked in, the warmth was felt. Ken and Diane couldn't have been more welcoming. Ken was the chef and Diane was the baker. They catered to our dietary needs and were both so attentive. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious! The smells in the house were so amazing. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas when... More

I can't imagine a more perfect way to experience the Finger Lakes. My wife and ...I escaped on our getaway on Thanksgiving and Ken and Diane were waiting with open arms to provide us with every comfort a traveler could ever expect. From the amazing breakfast bounty to the warm family style conversations that we had each night, the vacation... More

Barrister's B&B is an immaculately kept historic 19th century house with period-appropriate antiques and wonderful modern amenities (including a jacuzzi bath) that are so seamlessly integrated into the home that they appear as if they were part of the original. Ken & Diane have placed pretty wicker baskets and antique bowls containing brochures, restaurant guides, and home-made binders with the... More

My husband and I were immediately impressed with the nurture and warmth Ken and Diane greeted us with. They made us feel like we were their only guests as they tended to our every need and put together a package with our specific interests in mind. The establishment itself was charming and cozy. We had a wonderful night's sleep upon... More

Ken and Diane were more than welcoming during our stay. Ken got up early to bring us thermoses of coffee and tea before we left for our hot air balloon ride, and Diane drove out to a winery to deliver us coupons! The room was great and breakfast was incredible! We'd definitely stay there again. More

Ken and Diane are great people who certainly know how to make their guests feel welcome. They were so accommodating to our needs to have an earlier breakfast as we needed to head out early one morning. They are conscientious about everything from soup to nuts and maintain a lovely Victorian Home. So reasonably priced and they have many suggestions... More

Tripadvisor did a great job giving Barrister's an award. Barrister's is the first place I've stayed that has received an award from Tripadvisor and I will be looking for other places with a similar award when I travel. This was our third year staying with Ken and Diane and at this point it feels like you're visiting family - family... More

Ken and Diane have such a beautiful home and my husband and I felt like one of the family. The Grandmother's room was such a perfect and cozy little nest - so comfortable! The breakfast felt like I was on a cooking show! Delicious and amazing! Such care and attention to detail! Thank you!! More
