First of all, when we called to set up an appointment, the owner was nasty, rude, and intolerant. We wanted to find out about last-minute deals. She actually said, 'This is NOT Priceline. We're not that kind of place.' Then, when we called back to book the place, she said, 'I don't want to rent to you, I just don't feel good about it. I'm offended that you would even ask me to lower my rates.' (We were looking for a lower rate because we made a last-minute decision to travel to Zions and wanted a romantic, up-scale place in which to enjoy our weekend.) Give me a break - who is this lady? A truly intelligent individual doesn't pay out the nose just for an amazing place to stay. I'm appalled by the lack of respect shown by the owner. Too bad. The place is gorgeous. But, I'll not stay in any Villa where respect, dignity, and truly outstanding service is not a priority. This woman clearly rents only to an elite crowd - made up by her own, very unclear criteria.
