The forest landscape is amazing. As far as the resort is concerned, it is nothing unusual to spend a day at. Sweetwaters tented camp is situated in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. We stayed here for two nights. The Conservancy has an interesting selection of animals (including cheetah, black rhino and Grevy's zebra) in a relatively small space so you're fairly sure of seeing something interesting. The staff is extremely nice and interactive . The dining area gives you an uninterrupted view of the waterhole as the fence is in a ditch much below ground level . Stayed for two nights with husband and three year-old in middle of several weeks in Kenya. Appreciated staff and resort's willingness to help with requests of little ones - including having our own safari vehicle for the entirety of our stay.
