If you are looking for a "budget" hotel in Laoag city, Hotel Tiffany is the place to go. For a P1,300 per room for 2pax with no breakfast, its a good deal already. There are nearby restaurants that you can try. If you are adventurous, you can visit Laoag Public Market for the local delicacies and eats.

The room we got is very nice, Inn is near the municipal and park. Staff were accommodating and friendly; they know the events in there locality and were very helpful to point us the places we can go to. Inn’s price is reasonable:)
