We stayed at the Combas Village de Gites for a week at the beginning of October 2007. Our gite consisted of one bedroom with en-suite, lounge/dining/kitchen combined and a utility room, all fully equipped. The gite was well separated from the others and the main reception area/leisure complex on the site has a bar and restaurant. There are also swimming pools, tennis courts and childrens play area etc. There is a choice of detached or terrace gites which are all situated amid trees giving a lovely feeling of space.
As we arrived by air from the UK, it wasn't possible to take towels, bedlinen etc so these were available for hire but at 18 Euros for the week we thought this was rather expensive.
Also after 12 hours of travelling we were rather disappointed that on arrival we couldn't be fitted into the restaurant for a meal as it was fully booked. However, despite these two negatives, the accommodation and complex is to be highly recommended. more
