Our stay at Westin Denarau was wonderful. Staff very friendly and would do anything to make you comfortable. Westin buffett breakfast was terrific, included free champagne. We loved our stay at the Westin Denarau. The hotel is the nicest on Denarau. Staff so friendly and they would do anything for you. Breakfast to die for especially the chocolate croisants! My experience with Westin was terrible.The waitress are so forgetful and return several times to the table to verify meal orders n yes meals r so expensive! and unbalanced at all.Water pressure is not so good in washrooms n it takes them 45 minutes to provide us with clean towels.Communication among staff is unprofessional at all n they ended up... more

The prices are 5 star but the hotel certainly is not. The rooms were OK, but nothing special. The bathroom was very ordinary and the water pressure in the shower was not great.
