My new (!) husband and I traveled to Wanaka for part of our honeymoon and stayed with Jo and Ian. The only bad thing we have to say about it is that we only stayed one night--we wish we could have stayed longer! We stayed at Harpers in March 2009 for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyyed our visit The accommodation was excellent, breakfasts superb and the hosts Jo and Ian made us feel at home and were excellent company. Recommended to anyone who is travelling in this beautiful part of New Zealand. more

This is my home away from home. I have stayed many times with Jo and Ian and enjoyed their company every time. They are wonderful hosts and spoil their guests with home baked goodies and a delicious breakfast. In my opinion this is the very best place to stay in Wanaka! more
