Spent 2 nights/3 days at ACC in JAN 2006. Unfortunately, the operation has declined in the past 5 years since my last visit. Rooms - very dirty; shower was not not functional during visit (even after reporting). Basically, cottages are old and have not been maintained. This is the theme for the entire operation. Food - average but nothing exceptional. Golf course - resembles a minefield; recommend not taking the course seriously. Limited activities that do not consume an entire day. Some good points - beautiful scenery and grounds; great view of Mt. Kenya in the early morning. Staff is very friendly. Overall, though, ACC is not worth the money spent.
