I passed there the Christmas vacances. The hotel is situated in a very good place near the park and the city. The attraction of the hotel is the indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water (which I enjoyed very much) and the spa. The stuff speaks at least english and greek(!). However the room was small for a 4-person family.... more
Only two of the dozen or more staff were nice: all the rest were grim faced and almost impertinent. Rude, definitely!! I have been in hotels the world over and have NEVER encountered such awful attention! There is a bank connected to the hotel - you actually enter from the hotel. we stay in a delux room and it was really nice.. clean,newly renovation room,great view in sandaski town xxxlarge bed....it was a surprice for me becouse i was there maybe 20 year before... its an old hotel maybe more than 30 years old the biggest in sandanski central location......... room service was good and cheap 1 leva for a good... more
