Their organisation was superb from the time we booked: sending us easy to understand instructions to drive from the airport and latterly to avoid the queues to drive and park in Carcassone. Attractively restored farmhouse just outside Carcassonne (own transport needed). Comfortable rooms with en-suite. Friendly hosts who speak good English and are happy to share their knowledge of the area. Excellent food. more
