One thing I find hard tio believe with some reviewers is that they do not do any research of places / hotels prior to going and then complain about the place being out of the way , long walk, no where to go. The best piece advice I can give anyone is to do your research before you go as... more

I arrived at the hotel about 3am on the Saturday morning. I was greeted with a pleasant receptionist, who had staff on hand to assist me with my luggage. I was travelling alone and didnt really expect much from my room. But I was pleasantly surprised, my room was enormous, clean and beautifully presented. A complimentary bowl of fruit and... more

Hotel very pleasant. Lovely gardens and pools with direct access onto the beach. We had a pool/garden room which was good. The restaurant was okay and the food plentiful with a good choice. Our main gripe was its location and lack of decent evening entertainment. The surrounding area is quite frankly abysmal. There is nowhere pleasant to walk to, apart... more

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we found it even better than we had remembered. We had a large familly room on half board basis which we booked direct with the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, the staff extremely helpful and the grounds of the hotel beautiful. The swimming pools are perfect and... more

This Hotel is perfect for a quiet Beach/Pool holiday. The gardens are beautiful and our ground floor garden view room was very comfortable, I found the air conditioning to be functioning well in our room for the June temperatures. Both pools were very clean and well maintained, I liked the lazy river as it was good for a long peacfull... more

Go to Malia and get mown down but quads and seem to be more clubs than in London. Hired a small call from man opposite and enjoyed... more

I spent 5 nights in this hotel, with my wife and the 2 kids, more exactly in a bungalow , 2 rooms at the last floor. August. First night. Midnight. I asked for an other room because the air conditioned was so weak i couldn't sleep. Next day, promises and service/maintenance in my room. In the night, the air conditioned... more

A very clean hotel. Food was good. We went this time last year (august) Rooms clean and well maintained. The hotel was good and the service good. Entertainment was patchy. the staff work hard but mimed to Cds. Ok for the children but mindnumbing for grownups. a good holiday to sit with a book and relax for two weeks. Beware... more

I stayed at this hotel with Thomson Platinum. Make sure you get a garden "bungalow" rather than a room in the main hotel building. The latter are a little in need of modernisation and not worth the 4* price. I was moved without extra cost or hassle to a garden room which was much better equipped, bigger and with a... more

The hotel, rooms and gardens were very good. However, we as platimum guests were very disappointed with the entertainment and the food, We went on the 30th ~September 2004. All the entertainment we were offered during our weeks stay was two quiz nites and one hip hop which was all young dancers "groovying" to modern music. Not exactly the standard... more
