Kristalli, even before seeing apartment the cleanliness of the the pool, grounds etc was evident. Staff were waiting for us on our arrival which was great as we arrived very late. Overall a good hotel, I would give it 8/10. Nothing much to report that was particurly amazing apart from the rooms being huge but they only have beds, no sofa's / comfy chairs even in the living room. The owners of the hotel are 2 brothers and their wives and they make you feel really welcome (apart from the youngest member of staff who is very rude and unfriendly). Weekly entertainment was a pub quiz which was great fun. The location is great as it is in the Old town, well away from the horrors of Malia Beach... more

first time in greece and having arrived off an interesting flight where alcohol was no longer being served after Travelled with thomson, an hour in on the flight, due to a big bunch of drunken teenagers (Malia is - FULL of such people) I was pleasently surprise when we arrived at Kristalli, although it looked like it was miles away... more

me and my wife have just returned from crete it was great the hotel was fantastic the staff could not do more to make your stay feel great. the room was cleaned every day and the sheets were changed every other day (there is a charge for air con of €40 per week which we did not get ) all... more

I was very impressed with the Kristalli apartments! I paid approx £120 for a week (4 bedroom) direct to Thomson and booked an Easyjet flight myself.
