Having arrived quite late in the Sunday evening, we were welcomed at the reception where from we were showed to the restaurant for having dinner. Meropi was a huge disappointment. The service is awful but the front desk could not care less. Their solution to a problem of ants in the room? Crush the ants with your shoe and relax and enjoy your holiday. The place is slowly falling apart, no repairs made for a while. more
This family hotel has nice pools and a nice, but is terribly badly managed. The reception desk and the hotel manager display an awful attitude to customer service.
