My family and I spent three weeks in Italy recently and spent the last few days of our stay at this very quaint family run hotel. From the initial reception until our sad departure the service was warm, friendly and efficient. The rooms are neat and well appointed and have all the facilities expected of a 3-star hotel. Unfortunately one of the rooms had a minor maintenance issue, but the issue was resolved speedily without any disruption to our routine. The restaurant serves typical food from the region and every meal we had was superb. The restaurant is open to the general public and tends to be very busy, but availablility is always kept for residents.

The only dissapointment was that their lounge area was a little neglected and not very inviting, so we tended to relax in our rooms rather than in the lounge.

Overall the experience exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay there again. more
