Beautiful and stylish, you can really tell that this series of rooms (developed from tiny houses) is the product of love. The owners were warm and helpful, and recommended places to eat which we would never have thought to visit. The most startling of these is a strip-lit trattoria with a tiny menu, where I ate ravioli which actually rendered... More

It is situated near the top of the hill thus offers great view over the town of Modica. Really enjoyed staying there. Great hospitality - owners were both lovely. Good breakfast. Interesting room. Restaurant recommendation were spot-on! The place to stay when in Modica! More

Staying here was a great experience for us. Stylish room, but few amenities. A wonderful terrace overlooking the town. Generous and healthy breakfast. a series of hillside homes renovated and strung along the steep hillside. Fun walking down into town. If driving get very detailed instructions. Perhaps not for childredn and elders. The owners are very friendly, creative, interesting and... More

We stayed at Casa Talia as part of a Southern Sicily trip, staying here for 3 nights. The hotel sits high on hills at the side of the Baroque town, the location for us was perfect, we had a stunning terrace with stunning views and our room was quiet at night. The location could be a challenge for the less... More

Casa Talia sits high on a hill in Modica, in the part of town that is known as Modica Bassa. 200 meters from the hotel is a free parking lot, from which you can walk to the hotel- a cluster of small renovated brick buildings set in a beautiful garden where breakfast is served. We stayed in a double room... More

We adored Casa Talia, when we finally found it! Modica isn't the easiest town to navigate by car - but it is certainly one of the most beautiful in Sicily. And Casa Talia is definitely the best place to stay there. Highlights were the extraordinary view from the balconies and lush garden, the delicious home-made breakfast served al fresco with... More

Casa Talía is a collection of little stone houses brought back to life as very special bed and breakfast by Marco and Viviana, a pair of talented architects from Milan. It was my favorite lodging of our trip to Sicily. My husband’s comment: “A creative architect with a real aesthetic sense designed this.” Sitting up in bed, the San Giorgio... More

We've stayed at Casa Talia for two nights, with three children aged 12,11 and 9. Quite difficult to reach with the navigator, ask the owners precise instructions before you get there, but then the view of Modica Alta is amazing!! Very nice rooms in old converted stone houses, some with terraces and some with gardens. Beautiful setting for breakfast, nice... More
