Casa do Adro is a Turismo Rural B&B situated in the historic and picturesque village of Soajo in the very north of Portugal high above the Lima valley and is ideally placed for walkers or those seeking to explore this wonderful rural area and the beautiful village with its famous collection of espiqueiros.
The main road curves through the village of Soajo, which initially looks nothing like the photos, but when you find the hidden way in to the old village (small Y-junction at the restaurant) all magically changes as you drive up a narrow alley between the houses and suddenly find yourself in the old square. A small sign points to Casa do Adro so you drive round the square towards the small village church and then under a stone portal gateway with a canopy of vines into a cobbled courtyard to be met by the owners.
