Stayed at this hotel for my brother's wedding. The manager messed up the bookings so we had to find alternative accommodation for the night of the wedding!! There was no apology made to myself & my partner -or to the bride and groom- for this error. In fact he was quite rude.
We stayed at the hotel the night before the wedding and the rooms didn't look like they had been cleaned, there was mouldy cheese in the fridge. The hotel was going through a renovation program, but amenities were pretty bad. We returned to see the bride & groom in the morning for the breakfast in the morning, very poor breakfast. Other wedding guests said there rooms were also of a poor quality. Very disappointing, would avoid. more
