On a damp day Isabel's warm welcome was just what we needed. The room was lovely and better still there was our own bathroom kitted out like a spa. Breakfast was everything you would wish for and more. The big, fluffy clean towels each day, fridge in the room and the views of deer from the window were the icing on... more

What can I say??? We have just spent 3 wonderful nights with Isabel in Tarbert. We were attending a wedding nearby and used the village of Tarbert as our base. The bedroom was topnotch, with plenty of room for the 3 of us (including a very hyperactive 8 year old). The spacious bathroom was a big plus for me- both... more

This b&b is away from any roads but still easy to find.If you have a room at the front overlooking a field you may be lucky to see deer! Isabell makes you very welcome and provides huge breakfasts, enough to last the whole day. more

We just stayed an overnight - but the reception and facilities were excellent. Beautiful setting overlooking the amazing Parish Church building. Clean, friendly +++ and the breakfast! The choice, the presentation - the price! Wonderful! more

We spent 5 nights at The Cuillins and had a great time. Isa and Jim couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in the front double with bath and the back double with shower rooms as the previous writer needed the deep bath in the front double after their long walk! The bathroom there was choc full of smellies and... more

What can we say? This is a great place to stay. We started and finished our Kintyre way walk staying here with Isabel. It was like home from home--she made us feel so welcome and her breakfasts are the best ever. We will definitely come back for a visit. They certainly go the extra mile here--DONT MISS OUT!! more

My husband and I went to Tarbert to take part in the Scottish Series (a yachting regatta). We stayed for four nights and I cannot recommend Isabel's hospitality highly enough. We stayed in the front double room, which was very nicely decorated with a sizeable en-suite. The bed was extremely comfortable and I've never seen anything like the breakfast. We... more

A warm welcome awaits anyone who visits this B+B. Isabel the host, is generous and extremely helpful. The breakfasts are really good and plentiful. We were even given some lovely soap to take away. Tarbert and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning and I can not wait to return. more

The Cuillins is a grand place to stay if visiting the lovely village of Tarbert. You are assured of a warm and friendly welcome from Isabel and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. I challenge anyone to finish the full breakfast, which was fantastic. The Cullins is in a very quiet location but just minutes from the shops and... more
