Superb welcome, room, breakfast and caring touches, on a cold Sunday night in January. Don't consider staying anywhere else. More

We had the pleasure of celebrating the New Year in Baratts, as always the food was superb thanks to Davids culenery excellence (their awards speak for themselves!) and their home warming hospitality makes you apart of their beautifull historic place. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and dining experience everytime (15 years now) and would highly recommend this 'little piece of... More

Although the restaurant is not usually open on Mondays, apparently, Elvira and David opened it up for my birthday celebration party of 14. We were not asked to fix the menu ahead of time either, and there was still a wide choice. The food was excellently prepared and served, as we have come to expect from David's skills as gourmet... I really can't speak highly enough of this absolute gem of a place. Close to the railway station and very easy to find, it was cosy, comfortable and like a home from home. The owners were extremely welcoming and their pride in the place was obvious. The room itself was sizeable and very well furnished. The bed was very comfortable,... More

I can't say enough good things about our experience there. We (wife and I), visited for our wedding blessing and chose Tyn Rhyl for reception. Staying 3 days, we just fell in love with the place. Detail and rich history at every turn, an quiet oasis of calm at the edge of town. Food and service exceptional. Hosts (Elvira and... More

This 'Restaurant with Rooms' deserves a fabulous review as Rhyl itself tends to get poor reviews in general. The House is gorgeous, the grounds exceptional, our room was beautiful and the service and food were out of this world......thank you! I booked this accommodation as my husband needed to be in Rhyl this weekend and thought, hey, I'll go too.... More

Parents moved to Rhyl a few years ago and it took a while to find somewhere decent to stay. Thanks to tripadvisor we found this place. The atmosphere, peace and excellent rooms mean we will continue to visit. Nothing is too much trouble for Elvira and David who strive to make their accommodation better than a home from home. A... This was such a treat. My daughter's BF took us here as a surprise and the meal was fabulous! Great conservatory setting -beautifully prepared meal. Very gracious hostess considering we were definitely not dressed for the occasion. No raised eyebrows over this which I really appreciated. A pearl for Rhyl! More
